1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.3 Account Sharing

Allowing any third party to access or use your ek7 Account — including family members or friends — is strictly prohibited. 3.4 Two-Factor Authentication

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

ek7 makes no guarantee that any specific game, game provider, or betting market will be available on the platform at any given time. Games may be withdrawn, temporarily suspended, or modified without advance notice for technical, commercial, or regulatory reasons. ek7 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unavailability of a specific game or market.

6.2 Random Number Generators

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Upon request, ek7 will process Account closure and return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

10.2 ek7's Right to Suspend or Close

10.3 Effect of Closure

11 Responsible Gaming
